The Halloween season is upon us and what better way to celebrate than with a little music for the kids. Saskatchewan children’s performer Sylvia Chave is back on stage for two days jam packed with shows. Each Halloween Howl is around 45 minutes long and the kids are encouraged to get up and jump, sing and dance along. Tickets are $7-$9.

Beautiful Boo Town Friday
Western Development Museum
You’ve put so much thought into that Halloween costume, why not show off that costume early? Boo Town is an evening for the whole family at the Western Development Museum in Saskatoon. Museum staff are ready to entertain with games like Tombstone Toss and Deadly Dig. There will be ghost stories and entertainment by The Super Ron Show. All you have to pay is the regular entry fee for the museum $4-$10.

The Bassment
His music is passionate and haunting and at the same time sweet and simple. Peter Katz has a loyal following here in our city and he’s coming back to entertain. Katz has been nominated for a Juno (2012) and is currently working on a new album. He’ll be at the Bassment this weekend and tickets are $20 – $25.

Wholesome Musical Nov. 3-6
Broadway Theatre
It’s a chance for grandparents to introduce the kids to childhood friends. Charlie Brown, Lucy, Schroeder and of course, Snoopy are coming to the Saskatoon stage. You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown is a musical romp through some of the most beloved comic skits in the Peanuts series. These are some of the city’s most accomplished performers and you’re in for a fun filled night of entertainment. Tickets are $25 – $32.
