It’s a chance to see the works of Shakespeare you may not have studied in school. Shakespeare Lab, an artists’ collective founded by Skye Brandon will be performing Henry IV Parts 1 & 2 through the month. These are stories about family, loyalty, friendship and power and they are what Brandon calls some of Shakespeare’s best work. This is a unique opportunity to see both plays in succession as they will be alternating nights Tuesday – Friday and then on Saturday, Part 1 will be performed in the afternoon, Part 2 in the evening. Ticketing is also unique for this show as they are instituting a “Pay What You Want” system where you can pay anywhere from $5 – $20 per performance.
