Winter Nature Walks

Saturdays & Sundays

Meewasin Valley Trail

It’s a chance to celebrate the very feature that Saskatoon was built around, the South Saskatchewan River. The team at Nutrien Wonderhub is leading half-hour adventures along the beautiful Meewasin Valley Trail. The group walks head out from the Wonderhub at 2:00p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Along the way, you’ll learn about the river, nature and the wildlife that surrounds you and at the end of the walk, you’ll get a craft kit to take home and create a little something special for your own backyard. Fresh air and a gorgeous view should make for a pretty good weekend. This event runs until the end of March and it’s free.
