You can see live performances by artists like Ella Jade, Matt Remenda Ensemble, and Sean Bougie. There’s no charge to attend just get ready to wander, shop and enjoy the street performances.

Nutrien Fireworks Festival

Say goodbye to summer with a bang. The Nutrien Fireworks festival is back for another year of fun. Friday events begin at 5:00p.m. and Saturday at 12:00p.m.. Check out the cultural dancers and performances on the stage at River Landing, grab a bite from one of the food trucks lined up along the Traffic Bridge and take the kids to check out the games and activities set up in Market Square and Nasser Plaza. The main stage entertainers include Kateryna & Marko and Oral Fuentes. Of course, each evening culminates in the spectacular fireworks shows set to music by Fireworks Spectacular. Admission to the festival is free.

There’s nothing like live music outdoors on a hot summer night. Edmonton singer songwriter Von Bieker is out on the road and stopping to play an intimate show in local artist Tim Bratton’s backyard. You’re invited to take in this magical, musical evening tickets are $25.

Ukrainian Day in the Park

Grab your lawn chair and make sure you’re hungry for this celebration of culture, music and… of course, food. The festivities will feature performances by groups like the Yevshan Ukrainian Folk Ballet Ensemble, Kalyna Bandura Ensemble, and the Rushnychok danceers. There will be activities for the kids and cultural displays. This will be a ton of fun and yes, there will be perogies and a beer garden. The best part, it’s all free.

Tickets are close to selling out for Grammy award winner Lainey Wilson. The country music superstar is out on her Whirlwind Tour and making a stop in our city.
