Wide Open Children’s Theatre is back just in time for the Easter Break with a table top puppet show to delight the kids. James and the Horse Pirates is the story of a cowboy who rides his wild tortoise into town and discovers that it’s being taken over by a T-Rex. James goes on a wild adventure squaring off against dinos and horse pirates. There will be singalongs, comedy and tons of audience participation. Tickets are $12 – $17.

It’s a tribute to the one and only Tina Turner. Cookie Watkins is considered one of the best Tina impersonators on the planet. Straight from Las Vegas, Rollin’ on the River will have you singing along to all the hits. Tickets ($65) are sold out but you never know, plans change and there may be a few up for grabs.

The tickets went fast for this performance by a newcomer to the folk music scene. Noah Kahan’s Stick Season is all over Tik Tok and the radio right now and for good reason. He’s an incredible vocalist and storyteller. It’s your chance to see this Grammy nominated artist live. Tickets are $145 – $350 although the event is listed as sold out, there are still a few available online.

Fans of the wildly popular Canadian tv show, you’re not going to want to miss this one. Mark Forward plays “Coach” on Letterkenny and he’s the headliner of the Letterkenny Presents: A Night of Stand-Up  on tour now. Forward brings his wit and charm to the show along with other members of the Letterkenny family Jeff McEnery “Alexander” and show writer Allie Pearse. Tickets are $46.

Matthew Good is coming back to Saskatoon and bringing his band with him as part of his cross-Canada tour. The multi-platinum, Canadian musician is best known as the frontman of the Matthew Good Band that shot to stardom in the 90s. There’s sure to be hits like Apparitions and Everything is Automatic on his set list. Tickets are $51.

It’s an evening of quick wit and a razor-sharp tongue and its sure to have you laughing out loud.  Bianca Del Rio is an American drag queen and comedian who’s best known for her appearance on season six of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She brings her Dead Inside tour which covers pop culture, politics, cancel culture and everyday life. Audience members be warned, Bianca is known as the “Joan Rivers of the Drag World” and with a microphone in her hand, no one is safe. Tickets are $50 – $160.

The Little Mermaid

Take a trip Under the Sea with Ariel, Flounder and friends for this live stage version of the beloved Disney classic The Little Mermaid. Based on the Hans Christian Andersen story, the show follows Ariel as she falls in love with Prince Eric and searches for the place she belongs.
