Jeffery Straker is known for his performances in concert halls and living rooms right across our province and Friday, he’ll be at it again. He’s tuned up his home computer for a one-hour showcase of old favourites and new tunes. Straker will also be taking suggestions from the audience.

Bash for Beethoven
Saturday – 7:30p.m.
It was set to be an 8-day live music festival to celebrate the 250th birthday of a music icon but, with the pandemic, the orchestra had to shift gears quickly. The show must go on and on Friday the month-long celebrations of Beethoven will kick off with a star-studded concert on Facebook. Featured artists will include Godwin Friesen, Carissa Klopoushak, Spencer McKnight and Jardena Gertler-Jaffe.

Learn how to make slime, play a little music on some homemade instruments or make a beautiful craft. The materials you need can be found around your home and it’ll give you a few minutes to grab a coffee yourself.
