When it comes to sharing a love of music, you’d be hard pressed to find a duo who’s more genuine on stage. The Karpinka Brothers blend harmonies and sweetness in their music like no other. The Saskatoon twosome has just cut a new album at the legendary Hotel2Tango studio with Howard Bilerman. It’s their third musical offering and the Karpinkas are looking forward to debuting new songs in front of a hometown audience. This show, The Karpinka Brothers Brotherly Harmonies is a big one for the band as it’s the first time the duo is headlining The Bassment. This is a show you’re sure to groove to and leave with a smile on your face. Tickets are $15 – $20.

Get ready to rock out and sing along. Guns N’ Roses tribute band The Nighttrain will take you to Paradise City and make you think you’re back in 1987 with the original lineup all over again. This is more than just a cover band, they have costumes and stage presence that will bring you back to when long hair was king and mesh shirts were all the rage. Tickets can be yours for only $10.

It’s hard to nail down a definition for what Henry Rollins does. He’s a spoken word poet, a comedian, musician, a punk rock icon and a DJ. His show is one part observational comedy, one part apocalyptic warning. No matter which way you slice it, Henry Rollins is a man with a ton to say. Rollins is out on a North American tour right now and will be stopping in Saskatoon on Sunday. Tickets are $40. This show is sure to sell out. At last check, only single tickets available.

Tours Collide        Jan. 12

TCU Place

Two country gentlemen are joining forces and tours for one blockbuster show. Canadian country music superstars Chad Brownlee and Tim Hicks are heading out on tour. The pair are celebrating Brownlee’s Hearts On Fire and Hicks’ Shake These Walls album. Both musicians have had an amazing year in 2016 and are looking to kick off 2017 on the road through Western Canada. Tickets are $40 – $60.
