The craft beer culture in Saskatoon continues to grow and thrive and now there’s a celebration catered to the beer lovers in our city. YXE Beer fest brings 40 brewers local and abroad together on the South Saskatchewan River. There will be plenty of chances for you to taste the brew but also to enjoy local entertainment like Apollo Cruz and The Wheats. Local food trucks as well so you can beat the munchies at the same time. Tickets $30 or $56 for a weekend pass

Kiwanis Park
This year marks the 125th anniversary of Ukrainian people immigrating to Canada. That milestone makes this year’s Ukrainian Day in the Park all that more momentous. The day will be full of stage performances by local and national performers. Traditional dancing, cultural displays, children’s activities and souvenir vendors are all on the program. There will be a beer gardens stocked with Ukrainian Beer as well as all your favourite food… perogies are soul food you know. Admission is Free 11am-7pm

Brand New Vibe Saturday
Diefenbaker Park
Saskatoon’s got a new music festival in town and organizers have cut a wide swath with it’s acts. The Vibe Music Festival will take over Diefenbaker Park on Saturday with hip hop, rap and electronic dance music. On the top of the bill is Ludacris a man that’s made a name for himself in both music and movie worlds. Tickets are selling fast for this event so you better book quickly. Prices run between $90-$130.
