The Unplugging
Thurs. – Mar. 8
Studio 914 *Venue Change*
Burnt Thicket Theatre has a new play by Yvette Nolan waiting for you. The Unplugging is a post-apocalyptic tale set in what used to be Saskatchewan. When all modern technology has failed, two women are forced to make their way across the prairie with only traditional wisdom to help them survive. Then a charismatic stranger appears and they have to decide whether or not to share what they know. After what Burnt Thicket cleverly called “The Unplumbing”, a water main break causing flooding at The Refinery, the company had to change venues. The performance will now be at La Troupe du Jour’s Studio 914. Tickets are $27 – $32.

Will they “Make America Great Again” in the Great White North? The funny comes from these actors and their fast thinking reactions to suggestions from the audience.
