Katie-Ellen Humphries is a Vancouver-based comedian that tells it like it is with her observations of life around her. Humphries will be stopping at Art Bar Thursday night and you can grab tickets for $20 – $25.

Back just in time for the February break, Wide Open Children’s Theatre brings Mammoth Munsch to the stage. This is a puppet show based around some of our favourite Robert Munsch tales. Stories like Alligator Baby, More Pies, and Get Out of Bed leap off the page to bring laughs in this interactive storytelling adventure for you and your kids. Tickets are $12 – $17.

If you love the blues and killer guitar playing, you’re going to want to head down to The Bassment to see living Saskatchewan guitar legend Jack Semple. Backed by an all-star crew, Semple pays tribute to the late, great B.B. King with some of the legends most well-known tunes. There are only a handful of tickets left and they run $37 – $47.

Are you looking for a romantic night out? Why not treat your loved ones to a performance by the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra as it presents Sleeping Beauty. This performance will feature the excerpts from the famous Tchaikovsky ballet curated by guest conductor Judith Yan. You will also be swept away by Canadian violin virtuoso Timothy Chooi as he performs Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy. This is an evening filled with beautiful music and is a sure bet. It’s your chance to see the world premiere of a new play by Saskatoon’s Jenna Berenbaum. 18 Jews Order Chinese Food is a story that asks what it means to be Jewish in a modern, prairie family. It follows a family gathered to mourn the death of it’s patriarch Jack. The gather to grieve and drive each other crazy. This play is heartwarming, funny, and reminds us the importance of tradition, care and support of each other. It’s been getting great reviews. Tickets are $30 – $32.

Greystone Theatre wants to take you on a journey inside the teenage brain in its latest production Brainstorm. The play was created by Ned Glasier, Emily Lim, and Company Three in collaboration with neuroscientists to explore the frustrating, chaotic, and exhilarating changes that happen to the minds of adolescents.  The production draws directly on the teenage experience and is amped up by the incredible animation and digital videos created by the team. Tickets are $17 – $22.

The team from Never Never Shakespeare has a new, intimate theatre experience exploring the bard’s work. Twelfth Night is an irreverent take on Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies. There’s misunderstandings, devious schemes, and gender-related confusion as the cast tells the story of twins Viola and Sebastian who are separated in a shipwreck. Love and laughs await you at this show. Tickets are about $37.
